Every year the Multi-Cultural Club puts together an assembly to recognize the different cultures present in Bulldog Nation. The assembly included many traditional dances from different countries around the world. To begin the assembly, students of BSHS watched the Parade of Flags, which included 36 flags of countries that the school represents. Austin Loo (Multi-Cultural Club president) stated, “I believe this year’s assembly was a success and everyone did an amazing job.” The assembly started with a traditional Hmong dance performed by Merecedes Lee, Yumi Lee, Sabrina Moua, and Cheeia Vang. BSHS students saw a variety of other dances including The Punjabi and The Calypso. The members of the Key Club performed a shag dance and students from Sra. Morrow’s Spanish 3 class performed the Salsa dance. Contralto Madian Estela sang “Me Haces Crecer” to show her love for her culture. The assembly ended with the Limbo performed by students from Sra. Morrow and Sra. Harris’s
